Usage Areas

• MegaClean is used for the cleaning of such coating materials as ceramic and granite, which have been contaminated by mortar, joint filling and cement-based construction residues, and for the coatings and joint fillings, which have been stained with such substances as coffee, tea and ink.

  Application Procedure

  • Application Surfaces

    Surface Preparation :
    • A pre-trial application should be performed in a small spot of the surface prior to the actual application.

    Application Methods :
    • The secondary coat of plaster should be applied minimum 24 hours after the application of MegaSıva Makine Serpme, after which the surface should be gauged and finished.

    Application Recommendations :
    • The cleaning process should be repeated where necessary in the case of excessively contaminated surfaces.
    • The product should not be used for such coatings that are acid-sensitive (travertine, marble), glazed tiles and hand-made ceramics, fittings vulnerable to acid, and metals and metallic coated ceramic surfaces since it would cause color deformation.
    • The application surface should not be excessively moist.

    Surface and Ambient Temperature
    The surface and ambient temperature should be between +5°C and +30°C whilst at application.
