Technicial Specificationsa. Chemical Structure: Cement-based grout containing high alumina cement
b. Density: 2,10 ± 0,1 gr/cm³
c. Colour: GreyMixing RatioIt is mixed with water at ratio of 17 – 19% by weight. (4.25 – 4.75 litres of water for package of 25kg)
Mixing Equipment
• Low-speed electric mixer (400 rpm)
• Mixing equipment with special tip
Mixing Duration
Product should be mixed for 2 – 3 minutes by help of a low-speed mixer to leave no dry dust and pellet. After the mortar is allowed to rest for 1 – 2 minutes, it would be mixed again for 1 – 2 minutes prior to application.
Application Equipment
• Casting mould
• Thin wire/stick
• Smoothing trowel or floating rule
Cleaning of Equipment
Equipment used should be cleaned with water before the mortar on the equipment gets dry.ConsumptionRecommended consumption for a thickness of 1 mm per 1 m² is 2.10 kg. This value may vary depending on the surface and ambient conditions.

Application Procedure
- Application Surfaces
Flooring indoors and outdoors;
• Cement-based screed
• ConcreteSurface Preparation :
• Surface should be dry, clean, sound and free of dust; and grease, dirt or materials preventing adhesion should be removed off from the surface and materials such as mortar and cement deposits should be scraped off.
• If application shall be performed on the old concrete surface, it should be made damp without forming accumulation of water.
• The mould to be used should be firmly fixed and prepared in such a way that it will be clean and will not cause leakage.
• Be careful no water accumulates on the surface in any application. If necessary, pressure air should be used to remove water from the surface.Application Methods :
• MegaTamir T107 should be poured from one side of the mould prepared in such a way that it will not cause air bubbles. (Mortar containing air bubble shall prevent bonding with the surface in full contact.)
• When floor slab application is performed, the concrete should be poured from a certain height for fluidity of the mortar. (For maximum performance, you are recommended to consume the mortar in 15 minutes.).
• Application thickness should be minimum 10 and maximum 70 mm. For bonding precast concrete components and firm support applications, maximum thickness of 60 mm is recommended. You should use iron or wooden stick to allow the mortar to have access to the places hard to reach.
• In case of applications thicker than 70 mm, you may add aggregate in diameter of 7 – 15 mm at ratio of 30% of the material. After mixed with water, the aggregate should be added into the mortar and stirred for 1 – 2 minutes. It should be immediately applied after mixing.Application Recommendations :
• After stirring, the product should be used in the range of the pot life. Never use the products if their pot life has expired at time of application.
• Never add any foreign material such as lime, cement and gypsum into the mortar.
• Do not add extra water to the mixture.
• It should not be applied on the unsound surfaces. Check the old surfaces for soundness and bearing capability prior to the application.
• Surface should be protected against air currents and contact with water should be prevented during and after the application.
• Make sure the product is not exposed to direct sunlight when the weather is hot and the mixture should not be made with cold water.
• While low temperatures slow down the setting, high temperatures shall accelerate the setting. In order to apply the mortar in the most efficient way, you should observe the specified range of temperature.
• On the hot surfaces which are excessively windy and exposed to direct sunlight, the application should not be made, if application is inevitable under such conditions, the environment and surface should be made ready in advance for application.
• Application should not be made when it is rainy.
• Please call our technical hotline (TEL: 444 4 595) for application on different surfaces.Surface and Ambient Temperature
Surface and ambient temperature should be in the range of +5°C and +30°C during application.
