Usage Areas
- Standard Retainer K904: The retainer that is ready for use with 5 – 13 mm thick finishing materials, in possession of the diversity to be used 1 mm, 2 mm and 3 mm joint gaps.
Tall Retainer K911: The retainer that is ready for use with 13 – 22 mm thick finishing materials, in possession of the diversity to be used 1 mm, 2 mm and 3 mm joint gaps.
Wedge K905: These are the wedges that are placed in the unused housings of the retainers and used in the grading of the finishing materials.
Pliers K906: These are the pliers that are used in the fixation of the finishing material together with the finishing material.

Packaging
Tile Levelling System is provided in packaging containing 3000 units of standard retainers (12 packages of 250 units each), 2500 units of tall retainers (10 packages of 250 units each), 1500 units of wedges (15 packages of 100 units each) and 1 unit plier.
Application Procedure
- • After the finishing material is placed on the adhesive, the retainer must be placed in a manner that would lean on the finishing material, with the base in touch with the adhesive. After the finishing material is also placed on the part of the retainer that is free of any coating, the wedges must be placed in the empty housings of the retainer.
• The wedges must be tightened with the help of mounting pliers in a manner that the breaking points of the wedges are not exceeded and the finishing materials must be brought to the same level horizontally.
• Following the fixation process, the drying of the adhesive must be awaited (24 hours) and after that the part that remains on the finishing material must be removed by pummeling the side of the wedge with a rubber tipped mallet.
• If the width between the finishing materials is more than 3 mm, tile spacer could be used depending on the width concerned.
• Following the dismantling process the wedges must be gathered to be used in other applications. The wedges collected in this manner could be reused 20 to 40 times depending on how they are employed in the works performed by the personnel.
