    StrengthThe shelf life of the product is 12 months when stored within non tampered original packaging in dry (maximum relative humidity 60%) and cool (ambient temperature between +5°C and +25°C) environment. It should not be exposed to direct sunlight.

    Application Procedure

    • Application Procedure

      Surface Preparation:
      • The surface must be dry, clean, sturdy and free of dust, oil, dirt and any substances that would prevent adhesion must be cleaned from the surface and materials such as mortar and cement remains must be scraped off the surface.
      • The surface on which Megaİzo Bant SB S909 is to be applied must be in a smoothness that would not allow water leaks and rough surfaces must be smoothed out by means of a trowel before the concrete is fully hardened.

      Application Method :
      • The adhesion of the exposed surface must be ensured by applying forcibly on the concrete. In perpendicular and upside down applications, pressure must be applied on the product for 15 seconds to achieve full adhesion.
      • Joints must be placed adjacent to each other at a distance of 10 cm and overlapping must be avoided.
      • The silicone paper must be peeled off and concrete must be poured in a controlled manner.

      Application Recommendations :
      • When higher adhesion power is required, Megaİzo PU Mastik HM S492 must be used to achieve adhesion and left to dry for 45 minutes after application.

      Surface and ambient temperature
      During application the surface and ambient temperature must be between -10°C and +50°C.
      In applications under different temperatures the curing period of the adhesive could be shorter or longer.
